Terms of Service

GENERAL
By commissioning me, you have agreed to all terms listed in this document and have read and understood it.I have the right to refuse the commission from ANYBODY if it makes me uncomfortable with the subject or the commissioner.PAYMENTS
Listed prices are the full price unless you wish to add an additional fee yourself. Full payment is expected unless we have previously discussed a separate form of payment.REVISIONS
Major revisions can be made during the sketch phase. After you approve the sketch, no other changes can be made other than minor color corrections or other minor issues.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Commissions can take anywhere from 1 week to several months to be delivered. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before I begin work on the illustration.Additionally, if there is an emergency regarding my personal life, I have the right to cancel or postpone the commission.USAGE
Commissions and art I make are not allowed to be used for NFTs or anything related to AI.No one except you is allowed to use it unless you have given them explicit permission, and I am aware of it and have given them consent.Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my work for merchandise or resale unless you pay to have the rights to the design for commercial use and resale. However, credit is still required for the usage of the artwork.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to my artworks even if sold off to you unless you have paid for the property rights to the work.You may not resell the art or claim it as yours unless you have paid for the intellectual rights to the illustration. You may use the artworks on social media accounts; however, you must credit me as the creator of the workI have the right to use the works in sample pages or online. However, you may request it to not be posted on social media and I will do so. Additionally, an NDA can also be purchased if you would like the work to be completely off the internet and strictly private for your personal use.COMMERICAL + CONTENT USAGE
Commercial usage includes: streaming assets such as twitch panels, pngtubers, alerts, screens, emotes, or other monetized content.Personal usage includes: profile pictures, banners, thumbnails, or non-monetized content.For any merchandise or artwork to be sold, please discuss with me further in DMs.REFUNDS
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS unless I am unable to work or finish the commission. No refunds can be made after commission begins unless there has been no communication or updates in at least 30 days.COMMUNICATION
